2. How often do I need a session? Some people only need one session, others up to 3 session for the same issue. A great deal depends on your commitment, your belief in the process, and your active participation in your self-improvement by listening to the transformational recording I make during the session.( which is included in the fee ) 3. How will I feel during the session? First it's important to know hypnosis is a completely natural state of mind. You know when you do the dishes or watch a movie and you find you are so absorbed in thought or experience that you are zone out? That's the same brain wave level we achieve in hypnosis. You are completely aware, totally in the moment, just not paying attention to the external world beyond. And you will never do or say anything in hypnosis that you wouldn't do out of hypnosis. 4. What happens if I fall asleep? Incredibly people do fall asleep and yet they hear everything I say and respond when necessary ( even through the snoring LOL). When the session ends and I guide you back to your full awareness, you retain it all. 5. How does Hypnosis work? Hypnosis is a process of gently altering your brain waves from Beta to Alpha or Theta, which will relax your inner critic, and you can just be you, and you can explore the where, why, and how of your own limiting beliefs. 6 How Long will the positive results Last? Hopefully a lifetime, yet it's not a magic pill. A lot depends on how well you trust the process, your commitment and belief, and of doing your homework with the recording you are given! 7. Can Anyone be Hypnotized? No, some people are highly receptive (creative, imaginative artistic people) and others just won't relax into it or relinquish control. Yet no one really has control of anything do they? There is a middle ground and there are tools we can help you with to ease you into it. Most people can be hypnotized.
